Sears - Sponsor Spotlight


Last year the JLW received over 200 requests for coats in one day and it was with the help of Sears Store in Auburn, MA that all of the coats were able to be delivered within just a few days. A JLW member contacted the Store Manager for Sears Auburn Mall and told him about our CFK project and the many requests she had just received for coats, hats and mittens. He and his staff offered their help by coordinating 200 coats with matching hats and mittens.

Many of the Sears employees did this on their own time and Sears even offered delivery to the JLW office where our members inspected and packaged all of the items for delivery to the children.

The collaboration with Sears Store in Auburn, MA has been instrumental to the success of this program by processing requests in a timely manner with product of exceptional quality. Sears has continued to offer their support with this project for the 2006-07 CFK year.
